What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and prioritize features for essential applications to enhance colleague and client experiences
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine the product roadmap
- Analyze user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape for product improvements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Communicate product updates, progress, and timelines to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of product and/or business analyst experience
- Ability to review and align product roadmap with organizational goals
- Experience in conducting meetings to gather requirements for new features or enhancements
- Strong analytical skills to uphold technology standards throughout the software development life cycle
- Proven ability to facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with user story development and product vision alignment
- Background in stakeholder management and expectation handling
- Knowledge of product adoption monitoring and user feedback gathering
