What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct interviews and requirement workshops to gather business needs from a cross-discipline team
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to drive solutions that meet program objectives
- Create and maintain requirements, including Features and User Stories, with Product and Business teams
- Prioritize and maintain the team backlog while preparing for Program Increment Planning
- Accept completed user stories at the end of each iteration/sprint

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be a team player
- Strong written skills for conveying functional details accurately and precisely
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a logical and analytical approach
- Minimum of 6-8 years of strong business analysis experience
- Experience in Scrum Agile development or Scaled Agile Framework; familiarity with Jira is desired

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or significant equivalent work experience in Medical Bill Review or Group Health
- Experience with systems modeling, user interface design, and prototyping
- Ability to learn the healthcare domain quickly; prior healthcare experience is preferred
- Expert use of analysis, documentation, and presentation tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and JIRA
- Willingness to travel occasionally, not to exceed 20%
