What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the Care Case Management workstream for application and data migration projects
- Manage requirements gathering, gap analysis, and end-user communication
- Facilitate meetings and interactions with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Create and maintain project schedules, status reports, and dashboards
- Deliver clear and respectful communications to business owners and IT program team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working within an enterprise PMO
- Technical project management background in a Care Case Management environment
- Experience working with HIPAA-constrained data elements, EHR, EMR, and claims processing
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities

- Familiarity with IT, HR, and Finance functional processes
- Proven ability to manage application and data migration projects effectively
