What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-quality support for operational service delivery and new feature development for a high-availability software system
- Triage and troubleshoot helpdesk case escalations and inquiries, ensuring accurate responses to client inquiries
- Manage the user acceptance testing (UAT) process for multiple clients under the supervision of senior technical project managers
- Create detailed Jira tickets to capture issues, tracking UAT feedback effectively
- Draft deployment plans and manage operational schedules while collaborating with senior team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a demonstrated aptitude for learning basic SQL
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, along with a proactive and detail-oriented nature
- Familiarity with software tools such as Jira, Confluence, TeamCity, Git, Bitbucket, and Octopus
- Some experience with the software development lifecycle and general project management methods

- Master's degree in progress
- Proven problem-solving capabilities, especially under tight timelines
