What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of project management, including scope, schedule, financials, and risk

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Over four (4) years of Project Management experience in Salesforce.com
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing medium-scale technology projects
- Demonstrated command of the SDLC methodology and project management best practices
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Agile project management tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience delivering projects using various methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative/Incremental)
- Salesforce.com Certified Administrator
- Strong business and systems analysis skills along with testing experience
- Familiarity with application programming, database, and system design
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
