      CACI was recently awarded a new multi-year contract with the DIA and is looking for a Technical Project Manager to support our customer’s most critical objectives. The Technical PM will join other talented PMs supporting various initiatives within the Machine-Assisted Analytical Rapid-Repository System (MARS) Program.

      What You’ll Get to Do:
      As the selected candidate, you will leverage your experience IC metadata standards, COTS/GOTS and open-source authentication/authorization tools, and integration expertise to define and validate attribute-based access control (ABAC) mechanisms across several microservice APIs. You will coordinate with others on the team on topics such as architecture, information assurance, requirements, testing and configuration management. You will actively participate in evaluating, scoping, assigning work and ultimately be responsible for delivering on customer commitments and validating solutions in the target environments.

      • Collaborate with team members from all parts of the development lifecycle, from development to operations to security, solving technical challenges, and providing and receiving guidance and mentorship.

      • Transform complex customer requirements into working, maintainable solutions

      • Adapt off-the-shelf solutions to meet government customer needs and requirements

      • Work with cutting edge technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm)

      • Successful candidate will be imaginative, responsive and be able to communicate well with technical stakeholders


      You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

      • Minimum 5-7 years software experience; typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent

      • Experience completing complex technical projects from design to production.

      • Experience developing secure applications for the government with RMF compliant data protections.

      • Experience preparing and presenting preliminary and critical designs to customers and stakeholders.

      • Excellent organization, communication and writing skills, and the ability to express yourself in technical discussion via strategy, implementation and design of application environments.

      • Demonstrable experience with source control (git) and Agile project tracking tools (e.g. Jira)

      • TS/SCI with a willingness and ability to successfully obtain a CI Polygraph


      These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

      • Familiarity with IC standards for classification and security markings

      • Familiarity with Agile software development methodology, processes, and techniques

      • PaaS exposure - Kubernetes, Rancher, OpenShift, Kubernetes, EKS, etc.

      • Familiarity with basic concepts of API testing and associated technologies (REST, json, XML, HTTP, Postman, Newman)

      • Experience with open-source or COTS auth providers, technologies, and protocols (Keycloak, Immuta, OIDC, OAuth 2.0 JWT)

      • Experience configuring API management tools or reverse proxy (e.g. nginx, K8s ingress, AWS API Gateway, Axway, Kong)

      • AWS experience on classified networks

      • Experience working with multiple IC customers.
