What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop technical solutions for RFPs/RFQs/RFIs as part of larger pursuit teams
- Manage smaller RFP/RFQ/RFI responses and support bid processes
- Analyze bid requirements to ensure compliance and responsiveness to customer needs
- Facilitate proposal strategy meetings and develop win themes
- Conduct regular proposal progress meetings and reviews to maintain schedules

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in developing technical narratives for proposals
- Demonstrated expertise in proposal and technical writing
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Ability to write and edit in clear, concise, and compelling language
- Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Creative software
- Experience maintaining content within a Content Management System
- Certifications from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and/or Shipley Certifications
- Previous experience with project management tools such as Monday.com
- Hands-on knowledge of Seismic and CRM tools
