**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Verify accuracy of program, outreach, and reporting configurations in the testing environment
- Collaborate with various teams on production release plans to ensure timely delivery
- Publish solution releases into the production environment according to schedule
- Manage risks and resolve issues that may affect release scope and schedule
- Document processes and tools used within the Release team and provide daily updates

**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in code/software releases or quality control
- Proficient in Jscript, XML, and database technologies
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, as well as Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently to meet objectives

**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- 1-2+ years of experience with relational databases, MySQL, CSS, XML, and HTML
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and data mapping/analysis
- Experience or education in linguistics or phonetics in English and/or foreign languages
- Familiarity with HIPAA privacy, FCC, and Security rules
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary software tools and technologies
