      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a full-cycle recruiting process focusing on hiring technical talent across EMEA locations
      - Build and execute a developed hiring strategy in collaboration with hiring managers
      - Develop a network of candidates through active sourcing and relationship management
      - Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities
      - Contribute to internal projects and perform other assigned responsibilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of high-volume corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience
      - Proven success in hiring a mix of evergreen and single-threaded roles
      - Experience advising managers and teams throughout the hiring process
      - Ability to manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously
      - Legally eligible to work in the U.K. on an ongoing basis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
      - Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience
      - Ability to scale workflows effectively between candidates and hiring teams
