What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and draft detailed job descriptions
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes
- Utilize various resources to source and attract quality candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and recommend candidates to hiring managers
- Administer assessments and reference checks prior to hiring decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in Managed Services, Colocation, Cloud, and Development
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in the Information Technology or Data Center industry
- Ability to travel when necessary (less than 25%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with applicant tracking software programs, particularly Talent Reef
- Familiarity with online job hunting websites
- Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to recruiting
