      For one of our clients, we are looking for a Technical Recruiter, remotely from United States.

      As a Technical Recruiter, you will focus on hiring top-tier software engineers across the U.S. and Canada, building a world-class tech team in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to collaborating with internal teams and communicating with candidates. Leveraging AI-powered tools, you will streamline recruitment processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure a great candidate experience. This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape the hiring strategies and processes as the company grows.

      Accountabilities
      • Manage the entire recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing to candidate communication.
      • Leverage AI-driven recruiting tools to streamline the hiring process and build a strong talent pipeline.
      • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job roles and priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
      • Develop scalable recruitment strategies to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
      • Set up and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems to support recruiting and company growth.
      • Contribute to the development of HR policies and workforce planning to drive the company's long-term success.


      Requirements
      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
      • Proven experience in recruiting technical talent, with a focus on hiring senior software engineers in competitive markets.
      • Proficiency in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical roles.
      • Familiarity with HR compliance and employment laws.
      • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in Gsuite for recruitment management.
      • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
      • Adaptability and a proactive approach, thriving in a dynamic startup environment.
