      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a sales plan to drive capital equipment projects growth within the North American food & beverage market
      - Sell ingredient water, wastewater treatment, and reuse solutions to food & beverage customers
      - Build and nurture relationships with food & beverage companies, engineering consultants, and EPCs
      - Collaborate with commercial and engineering teams to understand and address customer needs
      - Develop a pipeline of well-qualified projects that lead to short, medium, and long-term success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) or Science, or equivalent experience
      - 5+ years of experience in the water/wastewater treatment industry
      - 3+ years of sales or applications/process engineering experience
      - Effective oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
      - Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the food & beverage industry
      - Successful track record of penetrating new accounts and markets
      - Functional expertise with water and wastewater treatment technologies
      - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM technology platform
      - Experience developing complex capital projects
