      Location: This is a fully remote position; candidates ideally live in a US state from Colorado to Illinois.

      What you'll do as a Technical Sales Manager - Beef
      • Utilize Phileo's global resources to help grow regional beef sales volume and market share.
      • Provide valuable, in-person technical sales support, working side-by-side with Phileo commercial team members helping customers best utilize Phileo's innovative products.
      • Develop a close, collaborative working relationship with Phileo's Global Technical Leader and our North America Beef Commercial Leader.
      • Oversee research and customer field trials, collaborating closely with our global R&D team.
      • Maintain ongoing market intelligence about the North American beef marketplace to help identify new sales opportunities and commercial product applications.
      • Write, prepare, and edit technical marketing content to support regional Phileo sales initiatives.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Required qualifications:
      • Advanced degree (DVM, MS or PhD) in Animal Science or related field with an emphasis in ruminant nutrition from an accredited university.
      • 5 or more years of experience in value-added product application, beef nutrition and feed manufacturing.
      • Professional competence and technical interest in beef production, health and nutrition.
      • Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
      • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
      • Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% for customer-facing activities in the United States and Canada.
