      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve sales territory budget and margin expectations by expanding account lists and capturing new business opportunities
      - Leverage industry and technical knowledge to position as an expert and solutions provider
      - Manage sales channels effectively to minimize conflicts and maximize efficiency
      - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in assigned accounts
      - Communicate regularly with both external stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-7 years of relevant work experience in a similar position within the industrial lifting or crane industry
      - Strong knowledge of the East Coast U.S. market
      - Must live within driving distance of a major airport
      - Ability to travel 70-80% of the time, including overnight trips
      - Valid driver's license required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience related to lifting, rigging, crane, and/or wire rope operations
      - Proven track record in account management and new business development
      - Strong technical acumen and customer insights
