What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver against sales territory incoming orders budget and margin/pricing expectations by growing assigned accounts and capturing new business opportunities
- Add value by utilizing industry, technical, and internal knowledge to position as an expert and solutions provider
- Effectively manage sales channels within the territory to minimize potential channel conflicts and monitor customer inventories
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at assigned accounts to understand their needs
- Ensure customer issues are resolved effectively and escalate to sales leadership as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3-7 years of relevant work experience in a similar position within the industrial lifting or crane industry
- Strong market knowledge of the East Coast United States
- Must be able to travel 70-80% (including overnight) without restriction
- Active driver's license and live within driving distance of a major airport
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
