What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and requirements
- Drive an aftermarket discipline and operating rhythm to cover all customers monthly, identifying plant outages and evaluating product performance
- Conduct needs assessments and provide consultative guidance to customers regarding aftermarket solutions
- Keep informed of market trends and competitive activity, making strategic adjustments for growth
- Update Customer Relationship Management tool, Salesforce, with details from customer visits and create visit reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (engineering or business preferred)
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), as well as Outlook
