What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to technical questions from internal and external customers, including distributors and dealers, via various communication channels
- Remain logged in to systems to process cases using phone, chat, email, and CRM daily
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and evaluate individual case information to provide repair and warranty support
- Record case details and actions taken in the CRM system
- Provide clear solutions for product repair, replacement, or policy adjustments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of engine or mechanical experience
- Exceptional knowledge of outdoor power products and applications
- Developed computer navigational and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in French and English
- Field experience diagnosing and repairing outdoor power equipment
- Experience utilizing and applying customer service skills
- Basic/entry-level capability of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to pass a typing accuracy test with 25 wpm or more
