What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess and improve existing troubleshooting processes impacting the customer experience
- Troubleshoot issues related to Bevi machines, including non-routine failures
- Provide guidance on installations and preventative maintenance for customers
- Lead troubleshooting efforts via phone and email, with training provided
- Communicate opportunity areas and feedback for process improvements to internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to learn and understand hardware and software systems for effective troubleshooting
- Proficiency in independent judgment and decision-making for improvement recommendations
- Strong multitasking skills, managing calls, emails, and ticketing simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for thorough ticket management
- Knowledge of CRM/ticketing systems like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Netsuite is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree preferred
- Experience in providing technical support in a customer-facing role
- Familiarity with the beverage industry or IoT technology
