What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and build EpicCare Inpatient modules, including Clinical Documentation, Secure Chat, and Rover
- Implement Clinical Case Management features within the Epic system
- Develop and enhance Behavioral Health functionalities in the EHR
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure system meets clinical needs
- Provide technical support and training for end-users on new system features
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Epic certification in relevant modules
- Proven experience in building and implementing EHR systems
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with EpicCare Inpatient specifically
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Previous experience in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of additional Epic modules beyond the required ones
