What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies for local stakeholder participation
- Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including local governments and organizations
- Organize and facilitate public meetings and workshops to gather community input
- Create and distribute communication materials to keep the community informed about projects
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate community input into project designs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and clearable
- BA/BS degree in a related field (e.g., Urban Planning, Communications, Sociology)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in community engagement or public relations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in public speaking and facilitation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant certifications in community engagement or a related field
- Experience using social media and digital communication tools
- Familiarity with Adobe and online meeting platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
