What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an ECM Solution Designer, focusing on SharePoint and web-based content management
- Evaluate and re-engineer business processes for improved efficiency
- Design, test, and implement SharePoint solutions, including lists, libraries, and content types
- Create clear and concise technical training materials and user documentation
- Communicate effectively with IT users and business stakeholders to bridge understanding

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SharePoint Business Analyst
- Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and testing SharePoint and web-based content management solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) for at least 5 years

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of NCDOT transportation life cycle business processes
- Experience with SCRUM/Agile development methodology
- Familiarity with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps
- Extensive experience with Microsoft SharePoint as a designer, ideally 5 years
