What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an ECM Solution Designer for the Engineering Application Services Department
- Analyze and evaluate business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Design and test SharePoint and web-based content management solutions
- Create clear and concise technical training materials and user documentation
- Collaborate with IT users and business users to explain processes and applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a SharePoint Business Analyst
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) with 5 years of experience
- Working knowledge of the application development life cycle with at least 2 years of experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Extensive experience with Microsoft SharePoint as a designer (5 years preferred)
- Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile development methodology (2 years preferred)
- Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps (2 years preferred)
- Understanding of NCDOT transportation life cycle business processes (2 years preferred)
