What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support product configuration through data manipulation in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including bulk importing and manual builds
- Manage day-to-day workload efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely task completion
- Adhere to company build processes to consistently deliver high-quality work
- Facilitate effective communication by sharing accurate information among team members
- Identify and escalate potential risks and at-risk projects to appropriate supervisors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0-2 years of experience in technical support or related fields
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data manipulation
- Self-starter capable of independently driving deadlines and tasks forward

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience
- Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Exposure to the healthcare market and IT ecosystem
- Credentialing experience
