What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical service, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for customers using protective packaging materials
- Assist in the installation of equipment and train customers in its operation and maintenance
- Analyze packaging quality and production issues to determine their root causes
- Establish preventative maintenance programs and spare parts requirements for customers
- Support sales and marketing with timely completion of administrative reports and audits

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Valid US Driver’s License
- Ability to travel overnight 30% of the time
- Experience in servicing rotary and auxiliary equipment preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical school education preferred
- Experience in protective packaging or related fields
- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve company goals
- Proficiency in computer technology, including Email, Excel, Word, Google Apps, and CRM systems
