      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide first contact support for business voice, video, data, and premium product issues
      - Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to minimize escalations and exceed customer expectations
      - Assist customers with internet configurations and settings, generating trouble tickets as needed
      - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
      - Contribute to overall process improvement by providing feedback to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ year of customer service, help desk, troubleshooting, or call center experience
      - Must adhere to attendance guidelines to meet business needs
      - Advanced troubleshooting skills related to telephony and data products
      - Understanding of the telecommunication industry and associated products
      - Proven ability to handle customer complaints and escalations effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ACD, trouble ticketing systems, and software skills in business applications
      - Ability to work well in a team or independently with minimum supervision
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - History of going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
      - Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
