      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide front-line technical support for Mac/iOS to customers
      - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the employer's software
      - Ensure all problems are logged in detail and resolved to client satisfaction
      - Act as the primary interface between Customer Advocate, Quality Assurance, and Engineering Teams
      - Proactively identify trends and anticipate customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Highly familiar with Apple Operating Systems (macOS & iOS)
      - Excellent communication skills, including active listening
      - Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively
      - Detail-oriented with a commitment to customer satisfaction
      - Strong work ethic with minimal need for micromanagement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using tools such as Zendesk, Teamviewer, Jira/Confluence, and database management systems like PSQL/SQLite
      - Ability to contribute innovative ideas during team meetings for improvement
