What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide second-level end-user support and general IT services to the employer's enterprise
- Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance and training to end-users
- Monitor the Helpdesk/Service Center system and respond to tickets in a timely manner
- Create and publish documentation related to software/hardware issues for the enterprise knowledge base
- Act as a point of focus for all IT desktop support issues, performing installations, upgrades, and moves as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of on-site desktop support experience
- Experience supporting Windows and Mac OS
- Knowledge of mobile devices and Mobile Device Management (MDM) preferred
- Experience with administering accounts in Azure and Intune is beneficial
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for process improvement
