      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide second-level technical support and guidance to end-users
      - Monitor the Helpdesk/Service Center system and respond to support tickets in a timely manner
      - Conduct troubleshooting and assist with hardware/software installations, upgrades, and moves
      - Mentor team members and contribute to the hardware/software inventory process
      - Create and update documentation in the enterprise knowledge base

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience in on-site desktop support
      - Experience supporting Windows and Mac OS
      - Knowledge of mobile devices and MDM preferred
      - Strong passion for customer service and innovative process improvement
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with administering accounts in Azure and InTune
      - Demonstrated ability to thrive in constantly changing conditions
      - Previous involvement in project management or leading small teams
      - Familiarity with best practices in IT support and change management
      - Experience with formal technical/business presentations
