      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software, networking, and telecommunications issues
      - Serve as a Tier 1 point of contact for IT support to in-house and remote users across North America
      - Respond to queries via email and phone, ensuring timely assistance for all associates
      - Document and track the problem-solving process and actions taken
      - Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently to resolve issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficient in English; knowledge of French is preferred but not mandatory
      - Diploma in technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
      - Familiarity with LAN and WAN technologies, Windows 8 and 10, Office 2016/365, Active Directory, and Exchange
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with SharePoint, iPhones, iPads, and Android devices
      - Strong customer service skills
