      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide inbound customer support using a structured call flow guide
      - Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
      - Maintain accurate documentation and information tracking in databases
      - Offer additional products and services to enhance customer experience
      - Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Ability to work evening or overnight shifts
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency in computer navigation and knowledge of PCs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous technical support experience
      - Familiarity with iOS, MacOS, or comparable technology
      - Strong focus on building customer relationships
