      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
      - Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
      - Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
      - Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer experience
      - Maintain broad knowledge of client products, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience
      - Must be able to work an evening or overnight schedule
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency in computer navigation skills and knowledge of PCs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Technical support experience is preferred
      - Eagerness to learn new technologies
      - Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
