• Provide Technical Support to the Sales Team – including Joint Sales Calls
• As part of the Sales Process, identify business development opportunities
• Provide Training to the Sales Team and Customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving product
problem
• Actively update, maintain product and application knowledge
Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Instrument and Control, Automation, Electrical)
• 3-5 years of proven experience in automation or related field.
• Excellent active listening skills and customer service skills.
• The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
• The ability to remain professional under pressure.
• Fluent English and preferred with minimum TOEIC score 550
• Have an experience and knowledge in PLC.
• Have a good Attitude
