What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide remote technical support to customers, distributors, and field service engineers for troubleshooting complex equipment and software issues
- Dispatch to provide onsite support for high-profile customers and complex situations as directed by leadership
- Report design and maintenance issues to engineering teams and assist with problem-solving tests and simulations
- Develop and maintain technical resources and support infrastructure for service groups and distributors
- Assist in training service engineers on customer support policies and practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or a related discipline, or equivalent experience preferred
- At least 2 years hands-on experience servicing medical equipment or similarly complex devices
- Experience with CT Imaging is required
- Valid driving license and satisfactory driving record, along with background and drug testing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with mechanical devices, telecommunications systems, and computer networking
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Salesforce experience is a plus
- ISO, FDA, CMDR Awareness Training and Product Complaint System, or Certification – Health Stream
