What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze customer issues and provide advanced resolutions in a timely manner
- Diagnose and quickly resolve complex technical incidents
- Handle escalations requiring support beyond standard technical assistance
- Review production performance and develop action plans for errors or failures
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution, including hot fixes and patches

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical discipline (work experience may be considered)
- 3-5 years of experience supporting customers directly in a technical environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Basic knowledge of C++, Java, and HTTP protocols
- Experience with logs analysis and troubleshooting server communication

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with REST APIs and database architecture
- Moderate skill level in reading and interpreting logs, including Log4J and Log4J2
- Understanding of web services and related technologies such as XML, SOAP, TCP/IP, and HTML
- Experience with mobile and web applications and their server interactions
