What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide guidance and best practices to users of the Rent Manager applications
- Deliver superior customer service to end-users via phone and email
- Assist customers with questions and issues related to the property management software, including troubleshooting and remote sessions
- Document and track the status of all issues in a timely manner within the ticketing system
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance processes that lead to improved customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong customer service skills
- Prior experience with IT concepts
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Established work ethic and excellent attendance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of WAN/LAN concepts
- Basic understanding of networks
- Terminal Service experience
- 1-2 years of prior helpdesk and/or customer support experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
