      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide guidance and best practices for users of Rent Manager applications
      - Deliver exceptional customer service to end users via phone and email
      - Assist customers with questions related to property management software, including troubleshooting and installation issues
      - Document and track all customer issues within the ticketing software in a timely manner
      - Collaborate with internal departments to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong customer service skills
      - Prior experience with IT concepts
      - Experience with Microsoft Office applications
      - Excellent attendance and personal accountability
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of WAN/LAN concepts
      - Basic understanding of networks
      - Terminal Service experience
      - 1-2 years of prior helpdesk and/or customer support experience
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
