What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical assistance to customers and internal users for Structural Engineering, CAD, and Business Management applications within the software suite
- Research and resolve complex customer issues by isolating variables and testing solutions
- Maintain records of transactions, problems, and remedial actions using Salesforce
- Develop and conduct training sessions for customers on new software features and optimizations
- Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot issues and enhance manufacturing processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Building and Construction Technology
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Truss design or framing
- 1-2 years of experience in troubleshooting, call center support, or information technology
- Proficient in mathematical skills, including geometry, proportions, and volume calculations
- Ability to read and understand technical prints and schematics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with MiTek proprietary software and Microsoft Office Applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Terminal Server/Citrix environments, or AutoCAD
