Responsibilities:
- Customer support via our service hotline and ticket system
- Creating content for contact center partners
- Clarifying and finding solutions for customer complaints in the technical support area
- Advising customers on product-specific questions
- Daily, detailed and timely data entry using Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Outlook and ExcelQualification:
- Training or several years of professional experience in a customer-oriented profession
- Fluent written and spoken English is required. One other language: German/French/Italian/Spanish also required
- Good computer skills: Experience with PC hardware as well as Microsoft operating system and current game consoles
- Experience with PC and console games (especially racing games) and force feedback steering wheels is helpful. An interest in this area, especially in Fanatec products in particular, is requiredAbout the company
