What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver premier technical support to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
- Proactively understand and clarify product features, troubleshooting software, hardware, and cloud issues
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer to drive continuous product improvement
- Utilize clear and empathetic communication to resolve issues impacting UAS fleet utilization
- Participate in building support processes that enhance the overall customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of technical support experience
- Experience with drones/UAV/UAS
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule within a 12/7 hours of operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous customer support experience in utilities, transportation/infrastructure, or public safety
- Experience with multi-channel customer communication (phone, chat, email support)
- Familiarity with CRM technology, specifically Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud
- Prior support experience within a customer success retention & renewal team
- A strong desire for feedback to learn and grow in the role
