What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely and professional technical support to customers and internal staff
- Triage support requests via email, phone, and live chats
- Troubleshoot entry to intermediate level technical issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
- Assist with user acceptance testing and facilitate end-user testing of application releases
- Maintain documentation and create customer-facing resources related to software applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a two-year degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience, along with a high school diploma
- 2+ years of experience in software support, help desk, technical troubleshooting, and/or customer service
- Strong telephone and communication skills with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with relational databases and the software development cycle
- Ability to read, interpret, and write documents related to technical support

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in software or help desk support
- Experience in healthcare or clinical laboratory administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and other relevant software tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce/Service Cloud, JIRA, Microsoft Teams, and Talkdesk
