What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for sales, installers, specifiers, and end users regarding insulation products
- Conduct thermal performance calculations to ensure compliance with energy efficiency standards
- Create and update project documentation, including drawings and specifications
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from internal sales, distributors, contractors, and design professionals
- Collaborate with compliance and quality teams to address customer complaints and warranty issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or certification in drafting, architecture, engineering, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of prior experience in a related position
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven problem-solving abilities
- Effective time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks
