What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers in resolving technical issues related to the employer's products
- Communicate with customers via JIRA and Zoom to address support tickets
- Solve advanced analytic issues and suggest workarounds for product integration
- Expand knowledge of employer products and related third-party software
- Analyze support requests and escalate product bugs to product management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases; familiarity with Linux shell commands is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams
- Demonstrated algorithmic thinking and proactive troubleshooting mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with general networking knowledge and integration with SSO
- Experience with XML, XSLT, and APIs (SOAP / REST / JSON)
