What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first-line contact and ownership for technical assistance on employer products and services
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in compliance with Quality System requirements
- Follow procedures to escalate unresolved issues as appropriate
- Participate in on-call rotation and coverage during off-shift hours, weekends, and holidays as required
- Assist and guide others through technical knowledge and troubleshooting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting or clinical support role in a regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of Hemostasis/QC, point-of-care testing, and diagnostic assay testing
- MT(ASCP) or MLS(ASCP) certification, or MLT with a minimum of five years of direct Blood Banking experience
- Minimum of two years of Blood Banking experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience operating and troubleshooting Werfen blood bank instrumentation (MCWS, Echo Lumena, and/or NEO Iris)
