What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Diagnose and resolve basic problems using documented procedures and checklists
- Enter call data into a tracking system for tracking and reporting purposes
- Escalate problems to higher-level technical support professionals when necessary
- Provide support for customers ordering products through the employer's website
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication throughout the incident resolution process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Experience assisting customers with web-based ordering
- Proficiency in using multiple web browsers (e.g., Edge, Chrome)
- Strong competence within a Windows & MS Office environment
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and investigate issues with minimal information
- Previous experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
