What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and deliver training sessions for clients using tax and accounting software products
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure course content reflects current product features
- Build and maintain client relationships to support their use of software products
- Provide internal training for staff to enhance understanding of products and services
- Manage logistics for training sessions, including registration and attendance tracking

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and organizational skills
- Proven customer service experience and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and strong time management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
