      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, and deliver training sessions for clients using tax and accounting software
      - Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content reflects current product features
      - Maintain client relationships to support their use of software products
      - Provide internal training to enhance employee understanding of products and services
      - Manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, registration, and attendance tracking

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Customer service experience with a focus on relationship management
      - Willingness to travel up to 25%
