What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and deliver training sessions for clients using tax and accounting software products
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content reflects current product features
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support their use of software products
- Provide internal training to enhance understanding of products and services among employees
- Manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and attendance tracking

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Customer service orientation with proven success in relationship management
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
