What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and deliver training sessions via classroom and virtual formats for clients using tax and accounting software
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure course content is up-to-date and relevant
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to support their use of the software
- Provide internal training to enhance employee understanding of products and services
- Manage logistics for training sessions, including registration and facility setup
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate strong time management skills
- Customer service experience with a focus on relationship management
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
