What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Revise, develop, and issue FNP program and project procedures, manuals, and documents
- Maintain and update program and project procedure manual tables of contents
- Administer the electronic Document Action Request system (eDAR)
- Manage training completions and curriculum assignments within Fluor University
- Assign training to employees and track their progress and due dates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and four (4) years of work-related experience, or a combination of education and experience totaling eight (8) years if non-degreed
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including management and clients
- Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a time-conscious manner
- Proof of U.S. citizenship is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced expertise in MS Office applications and Fluor specialized software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and delegate workload
