What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write new technical service repair bulletins, manuals, and related communications for System rental equipment
- Research and analyze procedures and methods to develop effective repair methods and procedures
- Assist and train new Technical Writers in departmental procedures
- Prioritize and organize projects under deadline pressure
- Read and understand blueprints and technical illustrations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Technical Writing, Journalism, English, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of writing experience in the automotive field
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with basic knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Professional on a Mac environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel)
- Advanced skills in oral and written communication, including analysis and report presentation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in technical writing related to automotive services
- Familiarity with mechanical systems and aptitude (test may be required)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with project management in a technical setting
